OLGA LISOVSKAYA, Partner at Sky International Center, is a native of Kyiv, Ukraine. Olga holds degrees from Middlebury College, École Normale de Musique d’A. Cortot in Paris, France and L’Institut des Sciences Politiques in Paris, France. A critically acclaimed classical singer, described as “a wonderful coloratura soprano with the flexibility to caress the highest range notes”, Olga Lisovskaya’s career involves both singing on the most prestigious concert stages, including Carnegie Hall and Jordan Hall, and producing successful projects with Talents of the World, an international concert organization.
Olga produced award-winning opera productions at Commonwealth Lyric Theater, a Boston-based opera company, and Talents of the World’s Annual Music Festival at Carnegie Hall. As a performer, Ms. Lisovskaya’s concerts have been featured on Ukrainian, Italian and American TV. She is a director and judge of the prestigious Talents of the World Annual International Voice Competition. Olga is also a founder of a nonprofit organization, “Music, Arts and Fashion Productions.” With MAFPros she produces the highly anticipated annual Musical Café series, which is part of the Newton Arts Festival.
The series combines various artistic genres and feature singers, dancers, models, visual artists, culinary arts and designers. Ms. Lisovskaya is a sought-after voice teacher. John Dvor is a healthcare executive focused on leading breakthroughs in medical science and life-saving technology, with over twenty years of leadership as a serial entrepreneur, investor and advisor. He serves as Executive Vice President, Corporate Development at MIR Scientific. Previously, he was Managing Director at Miraki Innovation, and was co-founder of Tufts Health Ventures, the direct investment division for Tufts Health Plan. Past leadership roles were at ReMed Life Sciences, iRobot Corporation, and the Aga Khan Development Fund. Mr. Dvor graduated from Harvard University with a Bachelor’s Degree with honors. He served in the US Marine Corps at The White House.
George Svedloff, originally from Moscow, Russia, graduated from Columbia University in NY. Mr. Svedloff has been working in software since graduation, spent over 18 years in Silicon Valley, CA. For the past 14 years Mr. Svedloff has been working in financial software. Currently, Mr. Svedloff manages a group of software developers for a Forex trading platform. George loves what he does, things never get boring and there is a new problem to solve almost every day.
Semi Spahillari was born in Albania and grew up on a beautiful island in Greece. At a very young age he became successful in soccer and played professionally overseas and in the United States. After graduating from Harvard University, Mr. Spahillari established a Gold Brokering business with International ties. After the successful sale of his business he found his calling in the Finance. He is currently a Financial Advisor at NY Life Securities, specializing in retirement planning. Sami has been nationally ranked as one of the best up and coming professionals in Finance with multiple awards. One of his top achievements is being a Million Dollar Round Table Advisor, where he surrounds himself with some of the brightest minds in Finance.

Bérénice Charrez recently graduated with a PhD in Bioengineering from UC Berkeley where she was growing human heart tissue into microfluidic systems to improve state-of-the-art drug screening platforms. Ms. Charrez just started a postdoc at Harvard, part of the biostasis team where they develop chemical compounds triggering a state of suspended animation. Bérénice is also a passionate sailor, triathlete and kitesurfer, always keen to explore and share adventures with friends. She really cherishes meeting new people, learning about their interesting life story and spend unique moments in various settings. Bérénice cannot wait to leverage her skills to help Sky International Center become a one-of-a-kind community of talented people.
Rosario is the Principle and co-founder of WhiteRock Equity Partners, a real estate
private equity investment firm in Boston, MA where they currently own and operate
what is now 500+ units and counting, in the multifamily and mixed-use space.
In his most recent tenure, he served as the Director of Operations for a startup real
estate investment firm, which he aided in the growth from zero to a quarter billion in
assets under management in just over a year's time. Rosario managed investor
relations, asset management, operations and overall business development during
Prior to this, he aided and managed the growth of a multifamily portfolio of $50M.
Rosario served as the AVP of Asset Management for a local investment firm in
Beverly, MA. His role consisted of operating the portfolio. His responsibilities
consisted of deal sourcing, underwriting deals, raising capital, overseeing the
property management and administrative teams.
At the beginning of his career, Rosario was a residential leasing and sales agent with
a local Boston brokerage. As a residential broker, Rosario has toured all major
primary submarkets of Boston, ultimately building his foundational knowledge and
rental market expertise. In his second year alone, he transacted over $18M in sales
volume and closed his first 28-unit multifamily deal.
Rosario has an MBA fromPost University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. A member
of the National Honors Society and the Investment Club, Rosario also played NCAA
Division II baseball where he was a two-time, First Team All-East Region award
A current resident of Boston, Rosario has been a member of the Urban Land
Institute, National Multifamily Housing Council, and the Real Estate Finance
Association for the Greater Boston Real Estate Board.
Rosario also enjoys volunteering his team to local communities. He had spent the
earlier years of his life donating his time as an active volunteer with One Family
Incorporated, Cradles to Crayons and other non-profit that assist families that are
experiencing or who are at risk of homelessness.
He also loves weightlifting, reading, meditating and meeting new people. Staying
not only physically fit, but spiritually and mentally fit is essential to his personal
mission. With the aid of his mentors in the industry, Rosario aims to continue to
make a positive impact in the Boston community and beyond.
Eddie Vo is born in Boston and has been doing web development for 15 years. He has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for 5 years in the digital data science space before starting his company, VE Digital, in 2017. He won the Gold Award for Website Design for Small Businesses at the 16th Annual Davey Awards. His clients include Fortune 500 biotech companies and as well as other medium to large U.S enterprises. Eddie strives to engage his community by using media-driven initiatives to give back.
